PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

If they can say City’s accounts are wrong for over a decade, they should now be running the rule over other accounts of other clubs which will be a lot worse in relation to PSR and back dating it. They won’t because it will mean they will have to sanction some of their favoured clubs. It’s check mate from our legal team, Richard Masters has ran out of road.

Superb post. The only thing that has happened so far is that three Judges in the APT case have stated that the PL has acted unlawfully and unfairly towards City and has obstructed our club's legitimate attempts to attract sponsorship. The APT case has also demolished the "no questions asked" loans provided to a small group of favoured clubs such as Arsenal. You can be sure that the panel of Judges in the "115/130" case will be very careful to ensure they treat our club in a fair and balanced manner. The PL and its cronies are well and truly on the back foot.

The APT situation and 115 are two different situations but there is some overlap. We have learnt during the APT hearing the bad intentions the Premier league has towards City and how it is driven by other clubs within the league. We also now know they operate in an amateurish or malicious manner in how they ran illegal rules since 2021.

If they can operate in this manner in how to put their rules together where they must have ignored legal advice on the rulebook. What have the independent panel seen in how they have brought together these bullshit charges? Remember the PL didn’t tel the club this was happening until the press release came out. Strangely Martin Ziegler had an article ready to go pretty soon after. They couldn’t even get the press release correct and had to amend it. Attaching Mancini’s wages and player image rights to what UEFA tried and failed with smacks of throw as much shit at the wall and hope something sticks.

Their eagerness to charge City has led them into something they now can’t escape from which will end up a lot worse for them than it will do for City. It’s going to be an earthquake when the findings are revealed, probably why it’s taking so long.

I have said previously that the pl accepted our audited accounts as fair and accurate for almost 15 years IF after this it turns out they werent then surely it stands to reason that every single club must be subject to the same level of forensic investigation that city have been subject too as it seems that the pl werent fit for purpose (we know they arent) as they accepted any accounts and just chose to victimise city based on already discredited evidence, even if the pl 'win' they lose as they have publicly shown what everyone knows in that they arent fit for purpose and favour certain clubs.
 
Firstly several apologies - 1- wrong thread although linked (I can’t find the new songs one); 2 - don’t know how to link ‘the long and the short and the tall’ tune for those none oldies who don’t know it (it was by George Formby and I heard it again on some program celebrating the forthcoming VE Day celebrations) 3 - bad language.

Then Yves Leterme forgot to change them within the time limit for breaching FFP following an investigation He of course remembered to change City

Which they contested as we did and then their chairman was charged with bribery for the Qatar World Cup which was swept under the carpet amazingly as he was appointed to the board of UEFA? PSG also managed to spend €400m is 12 months on Neymar and Mbappe in a league with no revenues close to the premier league yet no FFP issues? Go figure eh?
