PSG won’t be involved in the Super League. Their executives pretty much run UEFA.
Hence why they face no sanctions for their spending, sponsorship deals etc?

There’ll be murders if they win the CL.Hence why they face no sanctions for their spending, sponsorship deals etc?
Superb post. The only thing that has happened so far is that three Judges in the APT case have stated that the PL has acted unlawfully and unfairly towards City and has obstructed our club's legitimate attempts to attract sponsorship. The APT case has also demolished the "no questions asked" loans provided to a small group of favoured clubs such as Arsenal. You can be sure that the panel of Judges in the "115/130" case will be very careful to ensure they treat our club in a fair and balanced manner. The PL and its cronies are well and truly on the back foot. The organisation that is accusing City with their numerous charges have had it established that they have ran an illegal rule book from 2021, have acted in bad faith and dragged their feet on requests by City. They allow other clubs to gain unfair advantages from interest free director loans whilst coming after one club for how much their manager got paid in 2009 when their was no PSR and player image rights which UEfA could have gone after as it wasn’t time barred but didn’t see any issue with.
The PL has the ear of clubs like the rags and Spurs who are two clubs with some of the most significant amounts of debt in European football have the PLs ear pushing their agenda. With their other chums in North London and Merseyside they have the Richard Masters in their pocket doing their bidding for them with the associated parties fiasco an established fact which could end up getting even more painful for the PL by the end of 2025.
It’s not been established that City have done anything wrong warranting any form of financial or sporting sanction. It has been established that the Premier League knowingly or unknowingly operates illegal rule books and advices their members that it’s ok to survive on interest free loans to get round PSR. If they can say City’s accounts are wrong for over a decade, they should now be running the rule over other accounts of other clubs which will be a lot worse in relation to PSR and back dating it. They won’t because it will mean they will have to sanction some of their favoured clubs. It’s check mate from our legal team, Richard Masters has ran out of road.
At least the scousers will be finally correct when they say "it wasn't our fault".There’ll be murders if they win the CL.
Tebas will be right on the bounce with his swastika.

I have said previously that the pl accepted our audited accounts as fair and accurate for almost 15 years IF after this it turns out they werent then surely it stands to reason that every single club must be subject to the same level of forensic investigation that city have been subject too as it seems that the pl werent fit for purpose (we know they arent) as they accepted any accounts and just chose to victimise city based on already discredited evidence, even if the pl 'win' they lose as they have publicly shown what everyone knows in that they arent fit for purpose and favour certain clubs. The organisation that is accusing City with their numerous charges have had it established that they have ran an illegal rule book from 2021, have acted in bad faith and dragged their feet on requests by City. UEFA charged them in 2014 (when they charged us as well) with 60mil Euros and then again in 2022 with 10mil Euros. But yeah, nothing apart from financial fines.Hence why they face no sanctions for their spending, sponsorship deals etc?
Then Yves Leterme forgot to change them within the time limit for breaching FFP following an investigation He of course remembered to change CityUEFA charged them in 2014 (when they charged us as well) with 60mil Euros and then again in 2022 with 10mil Euros. But yeah, nothing apart from financial fines.
Funny enough I’ve had that dream too, hope to god you’re right. There's no chance we 'lose' this court case anymore. The club and everyone connected to it behave way too positive and ambitious. Summer 2025 is going to be glorious; 3rd place + FA Cup = season rescued / charges cleared + CWC = finally some rest / big rebuild + next season = new era
