PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Does anyone else think that the Saudi league need reining in, in terms of the over-inflated prices that they are offering for players?
Yes, I know they have to pay more to attract anyone, but some of the values that they're offering for mediocre at best players stinks of money-laundering and is also a get-out-of-jail card for cash strapped clubs like united who can then use that money to rebuild a team.
You sound like everyone who complained about us at takeover

I’m loathed to share again, but I realize how mad I sound without the context.
someone shared this “ITk”

And he uses the phrase let’s launch which is his version of the actually football insider (fabrizo?) “let’s go”

And it gave me a visceral reaction

Is that the same as a "hard on" ?

and several attempts of reining us in have been attempted.
Very true, but that has been under our umbrella so premier league, uefa etc. All of Saudi is doing this so they aren't going to stop themselves and clearly uefa are in bed with them. Look at the club world cup

OK, I'll bite. There are 3 stages to money laundering. Placement, Layering and Integration. You can look it up on Google AI.
I spent 30 years assessing it, so you'll forgive me if I don't go any further.

Obviously not, please explain seeing that you have appointed yourself as the font of all wisdom on here.
Well, the Saudis haven’t illegally acquired the money they are using to pay transfer fees, players and agents. So why would they need to launder their money?

It’s like fuckwit fans of other clubs accusing City of laundering money.

The Saudis and Abu Dhabi extract oil out of the ground that the rest of the world then buys. It’s not illegal.

You’d think Mansour and Khaldoon were selling coke in a pub on a weekend not part of the fourth largest sovereign wealth fund on the planet with the way they keep talking about money laundering. Our owner and chairman have the leaders of the free world on Speed dial, Khaldoon doesn’t go to the Oval Office to sell Trump a livener for when he goes playing golf on the weekend.

It’s pretty fucking straightforward!

But someone in the Guardian told me it’s unethical because only those in prominent families benefit in the riches…… unlike us from Manchester who are all absolutely rolling in it!

I know it’s not strictly on topic but can we all agree that “let’s launch” is the stupidest, the worst, the most embarrassingly pathetic attempt at ripping of “let’s go” to ever be used in earnest?
Whoever that guy is not only is he not an auto, he’s obviously an idiot.
