Is there actually any interest in selling him? Figure he's pretty far down the list of players the club would be comfortable moving on.
For the most part, I assume that for any player from our academy who's 23 or under that there will be significant interest at least from some level and we would for the most part have a value on everyone, especially if they want to leave

Top clubs will be hoping we slip up and let go of another Palmer, or mid table Prem clubs will be looking at someone like a Delap or Lavia who are better than they already have and can turn into a profit

Pep has shown that if a player wants to leave, hes happy to facilitate that

Good thing for now is that Bobb doesn't really seem interested in leaving at all and is certainly at the level required to be considered against Savinho, Doku and Foden for the right wing.

Zero chance he’s let go. Ignoring the fact Pep loves him and his ability (which is apparently blasphemy to praise on this forum for some stupid reason) - his homegrown status cements his place in the squad.

Gutting that such a freak injury took a year from his career right at a time he could’ve made that right wing his own.

Can’t wait for this season and to watch him.

He's proven that he's an exceptional talent so I would expect there is close to zero chance he is loaned out unless he asks for such a move

Has he? He’s barely played and been injured for an entire season pretty much.

Of course he has potential, but some posters on here are talking as if he’s the second coming. He’s not proven it yet.

He needs to turn that potential into regular first team minutes, which is going to be so difficult.

I still can’t believe how terribly timed Oscar’s injury was. Anyone who saw Bobb when he played — that goal against Newcastle in the 23/24 season, more and more appearances, his pre-season form ahead of 24/25 — he literally looked like an absolute baller, someone who could be starting games for us! And then that fucking injury… I still can’t get over how bad the timing was.

Right now, I honestly don’t know where Oscar stands. That short cameo against Crystal Palace (in the league) or Bournemouth tells us nothing. In the national team, 15 minutes off the bench when the game was already over.

Bobb has to keep working — if he gets back to where he was, that would be amazing, and from there, the sky’s the limit. He’s a massive talent, and I really hope it works out, especially since when Oscar was in form, he was definitely not behind Savinho.

We’ll learn a lot depending on whether Bobb stays with the squad or gets sent out on loan. If he stays, that’s great and its a sign he can do it now. If he’s loaned out, it probably means the staff noticed some lingering impact from the injury and, at least for now, think he’s regressed.

I think the Club World Cup period will be key. Come on Bobb, you can do this!

I only watched parts of the match so did not see the end. Looks like a tactical substitution as they brought off two players in the 90th minute and replaced them with two more defensive options.
Yeah he is short and easily bullied in the centre.

Dunno why the manager doesnt out him RW.

One source out there quoting Mick Brown saying Pep is willing to accept Bob going out on loan. Can't really see this. I think he is just guessing & doesn't really know anything. We will already be struggling to fulfil the home grown quota. Letting Bob go out on loan will just worsen the situation.

I wouldn't imagine that's true unless he's struggling to get back 100% after injuries and we feel it'd be beneficial he plays as much as possible.

It seemed like he was becoming part of Pep's plans until the injury. If he's fully recovered and back at that level, then I'm not sure we would loan him out.

Who's Mick Brown?
