I remember the first games when they always changed their positions during the game. I wonder why we stopped doing that. PSG as an example does it all the time

Doku tonight was Doku every week, exciting with his dribbling, but there's no end product largely, because he makes the wrong pass, or shoots wildly when there's a better option, it's all very frustrating.

Yes he scored, it will happen now and then, but as exciting as he can be with his dribbles, the end product is 90% rubbish.

He can improve obviously, not sure he will personally.

No, he's already verging on world class and if he does stay fit & improve his final pass/shot, even a little, what a player we will have then though!!

Interestingly, his goal was cutting in from the right and shooting with his left. Not a one-trick pony even when he switches flanks. Must be a ballache to defend against.

He played RW for Rennes until Sulemana left. He played RW before he moved to Rennes. Either he needs to switch sides between games or he should play RW to use his left more. I am confused by savinho and Doku. They look the strongest when they can come from both sides during games as they did in the first games last season

I agree especially against packed defences. Just run into traffic otherwise.

That post is absolute nonsense because you clearly don’t rate him. Struggle to see many better performances from a winger. Skinning people for fun as usual but picked out some really good passes (should have had an assist) and scored. What more do you want from a winger in a single game?

He is frustrating but bloody hell he is fun to watch absolutely roasting defenders. His end product would improve if he had more to aim at. I still have high hopes for the lad. That pace off the mark and dribbling skill is pretty bloody rare.
