PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I am curious about something. How did United vet Berrada ? Either they didn’t which would be daft. Even though they like others must know it’s very unlikely we did anything major wrong because it would require a level of incompetence of conspiracy from auditors. Funny our detractors don’t mention this.

Or he provided them the sort of proof you would assume he would know longer have access to and wouldn’t be allowed to show anyone.

Or it’s all a conspiracy and everyone knows we are innocent

He was only the COO at City, based on his Myopic Pronouncements this week about yoonited winning the league... because... because Project 150, its obvious he had/has 'no clue' about anything to do with the 115.

It would be corporate negligence a public company not acting on behalf of its shareholders not vetting someone for a key position of CEO.

We also have the club’s accounts auditors BDO who could have jumped ship a long time ago with the idea that City have committed industrial strength fraud. The type that has never been seen before in U.K. corporate history. Why are they still here if City’s accounts are false?

Indeed, but football seems to play by its own rule, which is why this thread exists!

Didn’t Scruffy Jim say he didn’t think we’d done anything wrong when he was telling everyone who’d listen how they aspire to be City.

Agent Berrada

Are you deliberately confusing my point is we will be in the premier league next year
I may be and if so i apologise

What I had thought you were saying was that if fixtures are released and we are in them then that’s a signal we’ve ‘won’

My point was ‘not really’. Post judgment they could expel us from their league or deduct us points so as to make it inevitable we are relegated this year. (Don’t think either will happen)

you should read Stefan Borson (slbsn)'s opinion on what is likely to happen next (after the announcement we're currently waiting for) - I think its fairly clear that this saga will run through the 25/26 season and indeed there may yet not be clarity even before the start of the 26/27 season...

If what Tolmie has heard is true, I can't see why there would be "civil war". Surely, the whole point of the exercise has been to establish the truth and see that "justice" is done. If we are cleared, our rivals will surely be overjoyed that any fears they may have had would have proved unfounded. Nev and Carra would be raising a toast to the process and celebrating with a commemorative episode of the Overlap celebrating the greatest teams and manager English football has ever seen.

The whingers will want to take their ball away, a breakaway league is imminent and it will be the death of the football pyramid as we know it.

Yanks get what they want.

It would be madness for the PL to defy decisions made by the panel. First CAS Judges, then the ATP Judges, now the 115 Judges have apparently ruled in City’s favour. I know Masters is stupid but surely the other PL clubs will just boot him out. The entire FFP/PSR policy has collapsed.
