I wonder if this thread’s gonna pass 115,000 posts before we get the outcome? That’s about 3 months worth of nonsense to think up.
We were basically accused of fraud ! What did Everton get originally for how many charges ? I know it’s different we had loads of duplicated charges and they put a number out to get us. But I still think a relegation threatening punishment is theoretically possible however unlikely due to the ability to prove anything even if we did it.As far as I can see , getting relegated , or ‘massive’ points reduction was never goin to happen. It was something mentioned by the followers of the red cartel and eagerly persued and jumped upon by a complicit media looking for sensationalist headlines. That’s all. It was never ever goin to happen in reality. Companies don’t get hit with world shattering sanctions for creative accounting. Although i know fuck all about anything, so who knows???!!!!
I think perhaps from the smaller teams that will have lost income to supplement the costs created by the PL legal teams. If that has been badly spent, they won’t be happy bunnies.Berrada is a bit over the top, I think.
Assuming we are cleared, the PL do not appeal, Masters goes, where’s the war coming from?
Genuine question on this, if one of the panel dies...do we have to do it all again ??I'm calling it.
The whole thing has gone on that long now, the three distinguished gentleman on the panel have probably forgotten to write up a verdict.
Granted, I have no legal expertise and God knows, I'm not very bright but, I tbink we can all.agree, it's the only logical explanation.
Correct but I don’t see a war, more a skirmish requiring Trump to come in to negotiate a cease fire. Nobel peace prize?I think perhaps from the smaller teams that will have lost income to supplement the costs created by the PL legal teams. If that has been badly spent, they won’t be happy bunnies.

You've just written the BBCs headlines for tomorrow, "City fans issue death threat to PL panel".Genuine question on this, if one of the panel dies...do we have to do it all again ??
The war will be coming from the red mardarses who wanted us finished and they'll be kicking off with the Premier League and the fat bellend masters for not carrying out their instructions.Berrada is a bit over the top, I think.

Now, if the PL threaten to appeal at enormous cost, there will be a skirmish but the PL will back down. Pannick will let them know how much he will ask for in costs if the appeal is unsuccessful. £100 million?
What fun!
Bullshit‘Imminent’
agree i get the impression the dogs have been called off,They will have done rigorous due diligence including anything they could find relating to the charges. The entire stance of United against City, negative leaks etc, has changed since Ratcliffe went there. I believe Ratcliffe, who knows Khaldoon, knows we are innocent.
Are we streaming the decision or is it on DVD?A Netflix blockbuster written all over this
Hope it’s announced before I have to return from holiday so this Arsenal wanker and his united son in law (who listened tbf) can have it before we fly home.
