Could be more so noise surrounding us, released as part of a strategic deal with the PL to allow the opportunity to save face for the wider 115 case.

As much as I’d like it, dropping the full outcome at once will likely have wide negative effects on the league as a whole, which nobs like Tebas will latch on to.

It’s in the interests of both parties to stagger the release of outcomes, and tactically surround the key ones with trivial charges such as this one.

I’m probably talking bollocks but that’s just a potential theory on it, as a lawyer.
