TV Series

Mobland, enjoyed it and defo worth watching but fuck me if they’d toned down fucking Brosnan and Helen Mirans parts I’d of enjoyed it a lot more.
Didn't mind Brosnan's part as much but she was fucking irritating. I was quietly hoping someone sorted out the scheming bitch.

Just finished season 2 of Foundation.

Brilliant....off to watch the trailer now for season 3
The only gripe it looks like to me is that they've gone for the crash, bang, wallop method of season 3.
I've never read the books but it looks like an all action storyline rather than whats been the norm with the first two seasons.

Just finished The Waterfront on Netflix. Decent enough, trying to be like Landman and Yellowstone but within the fishing industry.

New series of The Bear is really good. Properly back into character development and depth in a more heartwarming way.
The first two series was an absolute masterpiece and some truely brilliant episodes (the one with Ritchie polishing spoons particularly). However we started series 3 a few weeks ago and the first two episodes were horrendous and we haven’t gone back to it yet,

I’ve just come to the end of re-watching the whole of Breaking Bad- Better Call Saul- El Camino.

It’s a long time since I saw Breaking Bad and I thought I might be a bit let down, as I was re-watching a couple of other ‘classic’ series recently.

Still fantastic though. A serious contender for the best show ever.

Although I always maintain that they probably would have been better wrapping it up after four series. Still a couple of classic episodes in it but I’ve just always thought it got a little bit too silly in the final series, once the hillbillies came into it.

Not so sure about that.

It seems to me via the trailer, the show is trying to draw eyes to it, which is a technique of recent times ("28 Years Later" a seemingly great example) but the story being more drawn out.

Something I'm going to expect.

Love Robots and Death season 4 on Netflix, short sci-fi films of various genres animated, real life etc some screwed up people out there, particularly the miniature one with a farmer shagging a cow!

I’ve never watched past the end of season four, think I’ll keep it like that!
