On this topic, a lot of people know there is no decision yet. And that no decision is out, is not a particular secret nor something people shy away from saying. Obviously that could have changed this morning, in a minute or tomorrow.

Please be specific, which parts of Colin's post do you know to be 100% untrue? Obviously you are not doubting he has been told the outcome is known - which he describes as knowledge - are you claiming that the outcome is unknown? If so that is patently incorrect since the panel have completed their deliberations and obviously do know. Is it the PL have requested a delay to allow for the recruitment of a new CEO? Well we do know for certain the PL have engaged a headhunter some months ago for a senior appointment. So what is it you are claiming to 100% untrue? There is a huge difference between 'being out' and being unknown.
 
Not sure if posted, but interesting to hear John Textor is a City fan.

Said he was a fan before the takeover and actually preferred the old City to the new one.

BTW, I am not sure you can claim an understanding that would literally be the biggest ever scandal in British football (that the biggest case in global football history was decided months ago and all kept secret to benefit the Premier League) and then preface it with "based on the little I know".
 
All this nonsense is more tedious than just waiting for the announcement.

Fwiw, though, I believe @Prestwich_Blue has heard something from a source he trusts.

I also believe @slbsn has heard something from (several) sources he trusts.

Without knowing who these sources are, though, it's all pretty meaningless. Better just wait and we will see soon enough.

None of it is true. Decision hasn't been communicated to either party (unless they have had it in the last 24 hours) so the PL haven't asked for and City have not agreed to a delay (of months) and therefore the supposition bit is also untrue.

There was nothing remotely embarrassing about your post, nor was it using false equivalencies.
 
I believe PB and Slbsn both post in good faith - and again they are having a spat (stoked up by people wading in on one side or the other).

It is clear that the decision has not been made public or official and pretty sure they can both agree to that. If someone does know its none of us. (Unless Khaldoon or HRH is a lurker on here if so Hi from me and thanks both of you)

You were hilarious on TS earlier btw. I know you're quite reserved and careful by nature but the smiles while talking about Textor "maybe not being totally accurate" that had Simon agreeing is probably as close as you can get to outright saying "yeah this guy's completely full of shit".

I was very entertained.

EDIT: Ah bugger, the Youtube video isn't out yet but it was very funny

Not a spat from my side. It just isn't true - PB probably been lied to
 
BTW 59302 - any determination of a W Disciplinary has to be announced as soon as practicable. If City are clear and there is therefore no sanction hearing to follow, then the decision has to be announced as soon as practicable.1752156883021.png

Also, the level of discreet disrespect towards Textor by saying "well he comes across as a guy who maybe talks too much". Was genuinely laughing out loud at it in real time.

I watched the first two minutes of the Textor segment and it was unbelievable how little he knew about FFP or PSR (seeing, in the first place, as he thought they were two different things).

Not sure Palace is in safe hands ....

In fairness, I thought Texter was great to spend 90 mins in there and trying to be honest. But he was also like someone who hadn't been trained for cross examination in sensitive situations. He wasn't careful enough - he admitted he thought "oh shit" when Palace won the cup whilst simultaneously being adamant there was no issue.
