PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I used to feel the same way then I read an article about that and it became clear. A lot of the scenes are shot showing Tony's view, i.e. through his eyes. A few minutes before the end, a guy gets off his stool at the counter and goes somewhere. Then Tony's looking at the door when the screen goes black and the credits roll. The clear implication is that he's been killed by the guy who gets off his stool a few minutes earlier.
In front of his wife, just as Phil Leonardo was. The more fun debate is who ordered it. Probably Butchie, who hates Tony and was hungry for his removal anyhow and likely takes over the Luertazzi clan with Phil gone AND what’s left of Tony’s “glorified crew”. The other question is how did they know he’d be at Holsteins and when . . .

The out of the blue internet rumours are annoying enough, it's the ripple of farming accounts that all take a punt at predictions the announcement is imminent. Give it another 2 weeks and we'll still be here waiting. Then everyone will have one last go in that week before the season starts. When that fails everyone puts it to the backs of their minds and predicts international break. So boring

I don't think there is any doubt we are going to get done on the non cooperation as we didnt cooperate to the rules of the pl and how these things get normally done.
There is lots of doubt as to the quilt of none cooperation

When the PL began the investigation City refused to hand over documents to the PL as they regarded them as commercially sensitive and since PL have sponsors they deemed them to be a rival commercial organsiation City persuded they PL rights to demand the documents in the Commercial Court and unfortunately lost City supported by the PL asked that the case be kept private but the judge ruled against that City appealed and were supported by PL but lost the appeal and thats when the first public mention of the PL’s investigation began City then had to comply with requests for information as otherwise it would be in-contempt of court. City can therfore argue that althought they initially resisted having sort a legal ruling they then complied

Potential clues include:

The final scene pays homage to Suzanne Vega's Diner, but amidst all the banal and seemingly innocuous trivialities you won't get a bigger mafiosi reference than somebody sat at the bar with MEMBERS ONLY on his jacket.

This is the same bloke who then gets up and wanders off to the side of Soprano, but (judging from Soprano's distracted gaze) soon returns.

"Forget the bad times.Just focus on the good"

Soprano chastises his son for being sarcastic to his mother, but this transpires as a pearl of wisdom that is now being reversed from son to father

They're supposed to be having a family meal,.but it's the last piece advice that Soprano ever hears and hints at a sense of doom.

Stefan might call it a soft signal

You're about to die so just focus on the good times

I would hope that the lawyers on the investigatory panel would be sympathetic to City seeking a legal ruling on their obligations and not regard that as non-cooperation.
