PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

This won't have aged well when the verdict is announced and we're found guilty ;)
Beyond that the level of conspiracy in the theory is astronomical. The panel have informed the PL of the verdict but not City, on the back of it the PL have unilaterally decided that without a vote all PSR rules are to be abolished. They have then selectively informed clubs of this. Not to mention that the reason the Rags have made the cutbacks they have is because they are skint and so need to find savings to spend on players.
Not noticed you on BM before and not sure if a wum and having read your post I’m not even sure what it is you’re saying.

Despite being a member since 2011 with regular contributions totalling over 5000 You've not noticed me before? I don't even protect my profile so your free to check, with flawed fact checking as that it's no fukin wonder you came up with such an outlandish bull shit theory. Add in that you struggle to read and understand English your credibility is around or below zero!

I'm not sure Ethel the kitchen ladies wages would cover Shitshow coming in from Liepzig.
Unless she was signed from another club and got put on astronomical wages!

Ok so where has the money come from then? Have the Glazers suddenly decided to put money in rather than take it out?

Good point. Didn't Newcastle and Villa vote for some of the rules that ended up emasculating their future spending? Turkeys don't tend to vote for Xmas, but Newcastle and Villa perhaps could have voted differently in the past. I may be wrong however.
You are wrong in the case of Villa. They voted against both UEFA and PL FFP, and have supported City's stance on several occasions.

Utd won't get done like others get done. Worzel gummidge in charge was crying poverty a few months ago, they was going to run out of money, they won nothing last year and have made over 200 redundancies.
If you need answers email fatponce.com at the Premier League and he'll tell you nothing to see here.

The fact the two red plastic bellend clubs are spending more than others tells you that something has happened behind the scenes and these two have been given free reign.

My guess is we're completely innocent and these two yank owned clubs have been told to spend before it all changes or have be given the nod because we've unearthed the corruption that's been going on.

Just a thought.

I’ve heard worse suggestions.

Blaming Newcastle for the way the club voted on FFP is akin to making Mansour in some way culpable for Swales skimming off the gate receipts. Mike Ashley is a malign, horrible fat ****.

There is a middle ground that avoids a conspiracy theory. City’s legal counsel have briefed a level of optimism following the hearing whereas the PLs legal counsel have briefed that it didn’t go as well as anticipated, to their side on the basis that City provided robust answers to the major charges. Nothing is concrete or certain but both sides must have a hunch as to how it went. Personally I’m hoping the PL are awaiting some fall out from the fact that their skullduggery was exposed during the hearing.

There's a reasonably balanced interview with Kieran Maguire on the BBC website where he basically explains that £200m only equates to around £40m per year, so just as long as the.rags qualify for the CL next year it won't be too much of a problem.

However the article also concludes that they won't even have the Europa League money to fall back on for the next set of accounts so all their eggs are in the qualifying for the CL basket.

They certainly won't be able to repeat the gamble if they fail.

There must have been some documented exchanges like Jack Nicholson and Tom Cruise in A Few Good Men with Lord Pannick telling the PL they can’t handle the truth.

We should rename this thread into never ending story.
Or ‘off topic’. I don’t think we ever really speak about the charges. If you could only ever eat potatoes 3 ways which would you go for? Chips, Roast and Dauphinoise for me
