Phone them up. I had the same, accounts created but no supporter number / 'not a ticketing account', I raised it via the contact form but no luck for a couple of days although I chased, so today I resorted to calling them and they sorted it in a few mins - they sent me a 'reset your password' email, I reset it and that did the trick (they may have also done something else behind the scenes to make sure the account had a number etc., so make sure you ask them to confirm the account will be turned into a ticketing one).

PS: just resetting the password from your end without an email with the link to do it won't work, or at least it didn't for me.
