Season Tickets - 2025/26 | Changes to ticket transfer this season (p101)

Apologies if this has been answered but thread is expanding.
have two tickets on my phone. One for me and one for my son. If he can't make it I take a mate and I scan us both in. Mate first then me. No memberships needed. Useful when my brother in Australia flies in occasionally.
I assume that can still work?

I’ve sorted mine now!
Log into the persons account you would like to add, click in the top left corner and select ‘help’. Then select ‘ my account’. Then select ‘guide to my friends and family’. Then in the third paragraph down it says register here, select that and add the persons details into the indicated fields bit then submit, it should take you to a ticket account with a supporter number. Hope this helps!

Many thanks. I've just followed your instructions and it's worked! No way would I have worked that out myself.

Clear instructions...ticket office, take note. But they can't be arsed, particularly when this helps fans to do something they don't really want them to do :)
 
Phone them up. I had the same, accounts created but no supporter number / 'not a ticketing account', I raised it via the contact form but no luck for a couple of days although I chased, so today I resorted to calling them and they sorted it in a few mins - they sent me a 'reset your password' email, I reset it and that did the trick (they may have also done something else behind the scenes to make sure the account had a number etc., so make sure you ask them to confirm the account will be turned into a ticketing one).

PS: just resetting the password from your end without an email with the link to do it won't work, or at least it didn't for me.

Hi, anyone had this message? The system won't let us nominate 3 non-members. When clicking on the link, we keep getting the message as per screenshot & have no idea on how to proceed. The text obviously says register by processing the above product. But there is no option to process it! What a mess this new system is!!

My mate wants to transfer his season ticket for the Spurs game to my wife. She does not have a membership, and given she is only likely to go to this one game it isn’t worth the £35 creating an account for her. However unless she does pay for an account, how can my mate transfer his ticket to her ? Is it possible for my mate to transfer his ticket to my Mrs without her being a member ?
 
I'm wondering whether its a flexi-gold issue and they won't get you buy and transfer and instead have to choose not to buy.

Snide if thats what they're doing.
I’m not flexi so not sure what the issue is. Any help on here greatly appreciated.

Ring the ticket office and ask them to send an email to your wife simple as that

Have you read this thread. It definitely isn't as simple as that.

@Karl8 your wife needs to sign up for a free membership and your mate will need to add her as one of the 3 designated non members to transfer tickets to ny tomorrow.
 
Have you tried logging on using his e-mail address and password you registered. The supporter number is shown in his account. Don't think you get an e-mail confirming the supporter number
Yes thanks, done that a few times but still don’t see a supporter number anywhere. And I keep trying to add to F&F using his email/surname combination but get the “doesn’t yet have a ticketing account” error message

Again you've not read this thread have you? The clue is in the title, specifically the 'Changes to ticket transfer this season' part.

As the process has changed what happened last year is irrelevant. This year you can only transfer to a paid Cityzen member or 3 non paid members who have to be nominated by today.
