Statement by the First Corps Azov of the National Guard of Ukraine:

Several days ago, the First Corps Azov of the National Guard of Ukraine assumed responsibility for the designated defense area in the Pokrovsk sector.The situation remains complex and dynamic. The enemy is attempting to advance in this direction at the cost of significant losses in manpower and equipment.Units within the corps have planned and carried out actions to block enemy forces in the area. Information on the results will be provided later.

They have gained slightly,but as usual,at a massive cost.
Reserve units are cutting them down in their hundreds....back up is on the way.
Lets not forget,every Russian advance,weakens the front in other areas.
They have 110k troops in the Pokrovsk area,which they keep sending in wave after wave.

Abrams are being kept in hiding,as the turret area is shite v a drone.
But you are right.
Many heavy equipment are not mentioned that often anymore.
Some not mentioned at all.
Very strange.

They will still be used as mobile artilary support for infantry/mechanised infantry though, much like US tracked artilary and German Stugs in WW2.
