I think this is fair.Ederson and Ortega contracts both expire in less than 12 months. For all we know City have been working on this all Summer. The Gala president has been talking about signing Ederson all Summer. City may have told Trafford. It does not change his status. He's still the no. 2 keeper fighting for the the no. 1 spot, but it will make it harder to play in the big games in the future if Donnarumma signs.
I will be very happy if this happens as I support City not individual players. Trafford has got a great job competing to be City's no.1 alongside the best players in the world.
