He's arguably been out best player since he arrived.
I’m not saying he’s shit in the slightest. He’s a good player but I don’t watch him and go he’s a near on 80 million pound defender. Not yet. Looking forward to him playing in his actual position where I do think he will shine. Being our best player last year wasn’t hard and defensively we was still shite, being our only fit defender helped with that. I fully agree. I said before that this season we'll be much better than last season but we'll have to be patient still because 2026/27 is when we are going to start doing majestic stuff like before.Maybe next summer it would be a good move after the likes of Gundogan, Kovacic and Bernardo have left.

Cherki, Foden and O’Reilly for the number 10.
Next summer is the real rebuild imo, that’s when we’ll see all of the old guard leave, and new blood in centre half, midfield and fullback.
