If Lewis hasn’t lost nearly every single time he’s put in a similar position you give him a pass. But he’s conceded that low cross at least a half a dozen times now. Yes the left back weakness plays a large part in those balls coming in but Rico Lewis simply cannot defend that and it’s criminal at this point.
Every manager knows that you simply get it behind our left back and cross low across the box. It’s so easy to score now and Rico can’t cover the space behind him, ever. A crucial issue for a right back.
