I’m actually beginning to feel sorry for him now, Shirley he had a mate somewhere in the game who could have warned him what the rags does to people’s careers. Watching him in that dugout fucking about with counters on a board he looked like he needed sectioning. That being said could all be a ploy hoping to get sacked and walk away with millions. No chance will he walk
And I don’t blame him that club has destroyed any credibility he had as a manager. I still believe the best is yet to come from that horrible club.
We better not lose to these cunts this time
Especially as the fishmongers just twatted em.

I'm curious to know why Amorim seems to be freezing Mainoo out.

Don't get me wrong, Mainoo is hugely overhyped and overrated as per all united "wonder kids" but it seems a bit odd that Amorim isn't apparently willing to give him a chance.
Maybe he doesn't think he can do a job in his formation. Doesn't see it in training. Must be a reason - let's face it out manager has benched/sold a lot of players who fans think are good enough or could do a job for us.

The derby with him in charge especially if they fuck up this weekend has 0-1 92nd minute winner by luke shaw written all over it.
Was fucking fuming last season all in town before hand and obviously we were playing shite, I had both teams to score and rags to win in my betting list ready to throw £25 to return £300 all the lads talked me out of it so that fucking winner hurt ten times as harder lol :-(

That clip of Amorim playing with his magnets is up there with Turnip Taylor and The Wally with the Brolly.

Reckon he's finished there.
His crouching down* and pacing up and down the touch line like a prison inmate about to shiv someone must send the wrong signals to the team. It’s a terrible look.

*Or is it an homage to the hard shoulder shitter?

Amorim appears to have been found out, it seems. His "system" worked for him in Portugal, but he has been unable to successfully implement it here, and he doesn't appear to be able to set up other suitable formations. Basically, he's a one-trick pony.

If he does eventually find players or adapt his existing players to successfully implement his system, other, more astute managers, will simply adapt to countermand his tactics, and he'll have nowhere to turn to.

It's good that he's been found out at United, and didn't succeed Pep, as some were hoping for.

In fairness someone needs to explain magnetic fields …. His magnets keep slipping probably due to the polarisation of the pad he is using.. this will explain how his wingers go missing and Bruno keeps disappearing from midfield and ends up on the wing

Amorim will only play 3421, which means they have to have a midfield 2.

One of the 2 has to be Fernandes.

Mainoo doesn’t fit next to him, he’s not defensive enough, more box to box.

So Ugarte or Casemiro have to play instead of Mainoo.
Isn't 3421 just a fancy way of describing Park the Bus Hoofball?

Which is the only style of play united have used in a long time anyway, including under Amorim.

To their credit; it’s amazing cautionary tale.
I think it’ll be studied in business management courses in the future
“The demise of Manchester United”
It’s what happens when you don’t modernise or invest in infrastructure and waste money on inferior products. Just like the entire UK in fact.
