The development round Wembley is a disgrace. Just a load of concrete boxes. No greenery no space. The shopping centre is 1960s style with lots of overhead concrete walkways.

Etihad fully lit up tonight , don’t remember the spirals Having lights all the way up ?
Looks incredible was a few groups of people taking pictures .
Also looks like some north Stand lights on and hotel.

Mixed-use Development​

NDP Hotel & Residential Tower​

The Northumberland Development Project (NDP) Hotel & Residential Tower was granted Planning Approval in December 2023 and is located immediately south-west of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

As a new landmark to the area, the building aims to draw more people and activity into the area. A welcoming, public facing architectural and landscape response will deliver year-round activation of the ground and podium levels, incorporating opportunity for the appreciation of local creative arts interventions.

The building consists of a series of ‘blade fragments’, composed of a series of crisp vertical ‘planar blades’ and lower ‘folded blades’, with the tower’s form accentuating the slender and dynamic reading of the building. Its spire like top, crisp mid-section, and human scale building base treatment, anchor its landmark character to the adjacent Stadium, Tottenham Experience, and historic High Road Buildings.

F3 continue to lead the architecture and interior design of the project.

More pictures from F3, who seem to have done loads of work for Spurs, also look like they are doing work for Villa as well

Wonder if the rumored big Etihad sponsorship has any link to Etihad Campus development. More publicity more visitors bigger sponsorship. If I was Etihad I would be linking the two maybe even putting in these so called escalators linked to it

Once operating as a first step, I would expect Etihad ads on the big screens targeting Coop live audiences, passing traffic and stadium visitors at certain times.
