I actually like the inside on the top tier! The London Stadium is the opposite. The inside is poor but the surrounds are good with lots of trees, cycle routes, canals, especially at the Hackney end,

Thats why I would never want the Etihad to go any higher. Fill in the corners if possible to bring it to 70/75k, but any more is pointless. These 100k stadiums are ridiculous.only with these

Etihad fully lit up tonight , don’t remember the spirals Having lights all the way up ?
Looks incredible was a few groups of people taking pictures .

NDP Hotel & Residential Tower
The Northumberland Development Project (NDP) Hotel & Residential Tower was granted Planning Approval in December 2023 and is located immediately south-west of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.As a new landmark to the area, the building aims to draw more people and activity into the area. A welcoming, public facing architectural and landscape response will deliver year-round activation of the ground and podium levels, incorporating opportunity for the appreciation of local creative arts interventions.
The building consists of a series of ‘blade fragments’, composed of a series of crisp vertical ‘planar blades’ and lower ‘folded blades’, with the tower’s form accentuating the slender and dynamic reading of the building. Its spire like top, crisp mid-section, and human scale building base treatment, anchor its landmark character to the adjacent Stadium, Tottenham Experience, and historic High Road Buildings.
F3 continue to lead the architecture and interior design of the project.

Wonder if the rumored big Etihad sponsorship has any link to Etihad Campus development. More publicity more visitors bigger sponsorship. If I was Etihad I would be linking the two maybe even putting in these so called escalators linked to it

Once operating as a first step, I would expect Etihad ads on the big screens targeting Coop live audiences, passing traffic and stadium visitors at certain times.
