PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

There's nothing to report on Chelsea yet beyond what's been said. Unless the PL are going to give blanket immunity and start afresh for everybody, Chelsea's day will come.

the timeline still very odd. and also that much less investigation needed by PL on that case. also much less the prove front of a panel. "did your club really do all these things?" yes we did it, but it was previous owners, please take that into account."nd they can play around which rules were broken exactly and how much advantage it meant that should the whole hearing more or less.
but they have not even been charged yet, so long time before a panel looks at it if they ever do, so wtf the PL investigating before charging the club?

maybe it wont be 115 rules broken by Chelsea only 31 or 27, certainly number of different rules and this also have been going on in various seasons by Abra. also its self admitted so PL doesnt have to look for ways to throw the kitchen sink at Chelsea like they spent years trying to dig up dirt to manage to get to 100+ charges. and that maybe without proper evidence. in Chelsea case the evidence is there...

make no mistake if we get shit on Mancini and whatever payment he got or didnt get back in 2010 or whenever, then every little shit thing Chelsea did should be charged too and quantified by various charges. incorrect account reported is just one charge for one season and there will be many more.

Didn't Chelsea hold their hands up about off the books payments under the Russian gangster and paid a stupidly low penalty, that threw up other issues that I think is what they are investigating now. God knows what else they'll find.

I still believe that Chelsea were allowed to sweep that under the carpet as a sweetener for voting in favour of the rushed apt rules

From spurs ? Or is he on a panel at FA or premier league and has stood down..edit just seen the news about it,hmmm steps down from spurs when the charges against City to be revealed soon,maybe just a coincidence..
