You have no idea, but are willing to vote for a grifter who admits to having no idea how to govern - unbelievable.
Can you afford private medical insurance, because I certainly can't
except they're all better than reformI always vote but I'm running out of parties to vote for, as they're all as bad as each other these days.
And can you afford to pay for pmi?You voted for a grifter let's get real here(presuming you voted for Starmer the man of many suits mainly beige)
That won't be down to me and I'm not really interested in going down this route. I feel a but America crappy argument coming on:-)And can you afford to pay for pmi?
The question is - how would you feel if you went to the doctors and they asked to see your insurance policy for med care before they treat you or asked you to pay at point of appointment. If you're happy to pay every time you need to see doctors or have surgery, Nige is your man. He has spent an awful amount of time in the US especially cosying up to private healthcare insurance companies.I have no idea, but what has been labour or conservative policy been for the last 20/30 years.
The NHS has been on its knees for more than a decade.

Farage is on record as saying he will look at different funding models, quoting France as an example. There, you pay up front and claim it backThe question is - how would you feel if you went to the doctors and they asked to see your insurance policy for med care before they treat you or asked you to pay at point of appointment. I believe deep down, Farage knows he will never win a GE so is simply hell bent on causing divisionHe is also on record as saying the taxpayer should not pay.
That leaves the individual - you. Good luck with getting medical insurance at an affordable cost if you are over 65 and/or with a pre-existing condition. And as any US resident will tell you, insurance companies can be very picky about paying out. This can even come down to refusing to pay for a particular prescription, as they know better than the GP.
The Farage lover Big Joe will be disappointed. He loves his free prescriptions. He is also on record as saying the taxpayer should not pay.

What do we pay national insurance for??
I reckon I've paid about £30k in NI in my working life. That's my insurance pal.
NI & Tax goes towards the NHS. If this in the future is then moved to an insurance model (ie USA), you then buy varying levels of insuranceWhat is that set in stone is it?? Or are you predicting that'll happen.big difference.
