Help section

Ticket Transfer for Flexi Season Ticket members, will open seven days before each match day and allows you to transfer your ticket to another fan if you purchase a ticket but can then no longer attend the match.

Thank you. That only mentions it opening 7 days before for flexi-tickets which is why I was confused, there doesn't seem to be any mention of normal gold season tickets and when You can do it. Again, why the process has to be so difficult I can't fathom, I bought tickets for a gig and transferred them to the person I'd bought for a Year before on ticketmaster last Week!

How do you add them to your preferred list. Don't see an option bar making them strongly linked?
You have to delete person from f+f.
Remember to note down their supporter number first.
There is an option to add the person back on .
Then press the yes button.
Hey presto they are then strongly linked in f+f

Registered a friend yesterday so I could add him to my friends and family in this new window. But as they do not allocate him a supporters number I can't do it?

Same thing happened last window, the instructions for the process are as clear as mud.

I will try ringing them today or if that fails get in touch with my fan representative like I had to do last time.

In my experience there is usually a couple of days delay between registering and the supporter number being allocated. If you keep logging in to their newly opened account you should eventually see it

Any help please - My Dad has his season card on an old phone not on his regular phone, he only uses it for the game. He can't go to the Everton game and in the past when he can't go he just gives the phone to my Mum and she's always got in. Does the new set up know whether you are male or female? I've asked lots of people and nobody knows the answer. I don't want to ring the club and be in a queue for hours.

Will be fine as long as she uses the same phone your dad normally uses and is in the same age bracket

I wouldn't think so, but if it does, perhaps it should advise Keir Starmer on how to decide. ;-)
