Crumpsall Synagogue Attack - two people confirmed dead, one inadvertently shot by police along with the suspect

Whilst I concur it was the perpetrator's fault, isn't there a clear definition of the Jewish faith holders in the area?

Whenever I've been in the area, dress code and appearance are defined, so I'm confused how a 'mistake' can happen.
Tricky to see most outfits through a wooden door.

What would be a good disguise for the terrorist?

Fair.

I don't even bother with MSM, so cheers for the update.
The clip on SM starts with the piece of shit already on the floor, presumably already shot once. What happened prior to that, thankfully, isn’t there for all to see (as far as I’m aware anyway).

It’s just a really shit, vile incident.

Can’t imagine what the marksmen are feeling. What a terrible decision to have to make, but that’s what they’re trained for. Quick decisions.

The bottom line is that if this murderous piece of dirt hadn’t done what he’d done, no decisions to make. It isn’t their fault and I hope the public see it that way
Trained for ? Badly trained going off shooting 2 members of the public...

That building is riddled with CCTV . I'm glad I don't have to watch it.

You're first 2 paragraphs are fine and you're completely entitled to your opinion but I think you're being completely unfair with the last paragraph and offending most decent people on here.

It's perfect plausible to have sympathy for the British Jewish community and the victims yesterday, whilst being critical of what Israel is doing to Palestine.
I absolutely agree that antisemitism is on the rise in the UK as seen with the attack yesterday and most likely the middle east situation is compounding the rise in antisemitism where some people cant separate the two.
British Jews are more at risk and need greater protection and understandably have a lot more fear right now.

To say you cant have sympathy for the victims and their families yesterday and the Jewish community whilst also being critical of Israel is just wrong though. Trying to equate the two is insulting to genuinely decent people.

I also think you're being completely unfair on the moderating team, where we do our best to allow a balance of opinions and even show quite a bit of leniency in stressful times. This isn't the cesspit that X is.

Anyway I dont think this argument is fair in this thread right now. An awful incident happened yesterday and the victims families deserve sympathy and respect.
Probably time for this thread to shift to the politics forum and fester there? It's taking the inevitable turn from an RIP thread to political handbags.
