I haven't watched it and wont watch it, it's sad that Ricky isn't with us and his family must be gutted and distraught.

But I never expected him to have a celebrity themed send off considering his balmy entourage that followed him everywhere to fights, he genuinely did keep his roots high and proud.

RIP Ricky.

I guess most of us have bumped into Ricky at some stage in and around Manchester and, because of his down to earth attitude, his willingness to engage and his personality, feel like we know him a bit. He was a massive Blue who transcended the City/United divide. Not many do that, Dennis was another. A proper ‘Manchester Man’ who’ll be missed by so many people. RIP Hitman.

I only knew Ricky through one of friends but meeting and knowing him the best word to describe him was genuine. Well Ricky, there will never be many kids who grew up on a council estate in Hattetsley who went out with a " state" funeral in Manchester Cathedral and was loved by so many

The greatest Man City fan of all time. Spoke with class and grace, treated everyone the same. Ricky Hatton is what every city fan should aspire to be. Just look at the turnout. Truly loved that man and that man loved Man City. Truly loved the club. He will be sorely missed. Rest In Peace Hitman.

In this country the norm for a dress code for a funeral is determined by the family of the bereaved. If Fury had turned up in suit consisting of pictures of Ricky people would have smiled and laughed. I interpret this a blatant attempt at attention seeking.

Yeah err if you’re 6ft 10 you certainly don’t need to seek attention.

Clearly he and Ricky had a good friendship, the suit mocked by him as shown in the clip and so Fury has worn it for that reason.

There's a video of Rick mocking him for wearing it, so I think it was a nod to that moment between them. I don't think Tyson Fury needs to do any attention seeking, he was close to Rick and there's a story behind it.
