Everton (H) | PL | Post Match Thread

That is a strong thing to post.

Is there evidence or would you vouch 100% you claim what you posted actually happened?

Not calling you out but that is a serious statement you have posted.

If true it's unfathomable for someone to do that.
When fans make aeroplane gestures at the rags am I right in thinking that is now treated as a hate/tragedy crime ?

If so how’s this any different ?

Plenty to like today
Cleansheet always helps
Oreilly,Nunes,Phil,all impressed.
The subs today improved us.
I think it's time for Reijnders to have a break.
Hard not to be impressed with their number ten he ran the show first half.
But what can I say that's not already been said about our Viking warrior.
Please keep him injury free and he will break his own incredible goal scoring records. CTID

Everybody round me saw it clearly and were utterly disgusted.

Its different because ive seen our own fans tell other Blues to stop and be more respectful.
My point is nobody around him thought to stop him.
As were already aware our cctv and police spotter video guys won't be able to see this incident for unknown reasons.
Just like missiles raining down on school girl city fans (dippers match) no arrests.

If Haaland gets injured. Own goal will have to seriously step up!!!
Had a couple of decent efforts today that went just past the post. Match report said it was an Everton header against the bar when we nearly scored in the first half but haven’t seen a replay yet

Good 3 points v a good PL side.

I liked that save from Donnarumma at 0-0. Important.

We can’t keep relying on Erling to win us games. The other lads need to step up and start finding goals.

O’Reilly with another belting game. Some player.

Two Nicos, Phil and Nunes had great games!

Cherki cameo was very exciting! And Haaland unreal again.

Savinho shockingly poor again. Doku disappointing too, today.

Good performance overall though!

Savinho showing signs that he may intellectually challenged.

He was a bit better when he shifted to the left and could cut in but he’s still not anywhere near good enough for this level. New contract was a mistake.
I wonder if it was a mistake for Bobb and Lewis too. One older than him and the other looks like a championship player at best. But I guess they have potential isn’t it?

Because they can’t confiscate season tickets from away fans and sell the seats on at a profit ?

Listen, I would happily join in with a mob kicking fuck out of this scumbag but to my mind being deliberately and provocatively insensitive is not a matter for the police.

Sorry, I forgot he’s been amazing & he’s totally undroppable after every quality performance? shit and weak beyond belief is my opinion of him, if that bores you fair play you see something I & many don’t
I expect the yawn was at least partly because some of us are just sick of hearing people whinging about something all the fucking time. Savinho made the assist that pretty much secured the win and sent us back to the top of the table, at least for a few hours but it shows we're back heading in the right direction, in serious contention and sometimes, in fact most of the time, facts like that are all that matters.

I say it virtually every week and I'm going to keep on saying it, this is the greatest period in our history, a period which few clubs will ever witness, a period we should be absolutely revelling in and yet all we get on here week in week out are a bunch of whining clowns who have nothing better to do. Some of us would just like to be grateful for what we have and enjoy it, we don't want to hear all this whinging and whining all the fucking time ESPECIALLY after a win. Fuck knows how some of you would cope in a crisis. Get a bloody life.

As Pep said, games after international breaks often suffer to begin with until the players get back into the City groove.

The lift in confidence after we went 2 up, helped by Bernie being on the pitch, was a pointer to what this team could do if it can recover the confidence levels / mentality that made City champions. This team can be a lot better than it is, which is not a complaint but a cause for optimism.

I heard that too and thought it was damming.

The best Manager who is probably in the top 3 of all time greatest managers, alluding to the fact the international breaks have a detrimental effect on players and Club football!

Club football that basically pays for everything else.
