So basically an athletic guy like baleba. Haven’t seen Anderson play but starts look good. Wharton is left footed though which is importantly too to haveWharton is a good player but he’s not a very good dueller. We need someone that’s willing to get stuck in and with Nico adding progressive passes to his game we need someone that’s good in tight spaces. I haven’t seen much of Anderson but it seems like he fits the bill

I think Silva and Stones will both leave next summer and Ake maybe even earlier, depending on game time in the coming weeks and prospective offers. Ake has only collected 391 minutes so far and is starting to drop down the pecking order for the Oranje, which, with the World Cup next summer, might influence his decision.If they both leave then I can see us buying a centre back.
