Players who might improve us

I think Bah will go out on loan again next season. He has every physical attribute you could want in a defender and could potentially be absolutely immense but I've watched him a few times and he does things that would get punished in the PL pretty often. A rough diamond for me, Nice are a pretty good side, will do him no harm having another season there to refine his game and get experience. I think Reis is the more likely of the two to break through for us next year. Girona are terrible but his quality is obvious, reminds me a lot of Pau Torres at Villa
Yes...
Bah will go burnley or some clubs like Nottingham forest on loan next eason.

Adam wharton next season in place of kovacic.
If Rodri isn't fully back by the beginning of the new year, we may need him in this upcoming window...or, another suitable option. Nico can't play all the minutes between now and February, when Kova is projected to return to training.

they have signed some good talent in years - Gray, Matar Sarr, Vicario, Bergvall

management decisions is a different topic
I'm sure we could identify four "talents" every Premier League club has signed over the past few years. Ok, maybe not the rags.

Saying Spurs have some of the world's best scouts is laughable.

you are right

i don't even know who has the best scouts, i might say Brighton's are the best ?

It’s quite clearly City.

Unmatched dominance and success across all age groups domestically and abroad. That happens because of the signings we can make. This has benefited all of the CFG also.

CFG has brought in the GDP of a small nation in transfer fees, sell on clauses and bonuses.

Brighton and Bournemouth have done well, but there environments allow a lot less pressure on signings and development can be achieved.

We have a huge advantage with that, the CFG positions itself as the best way into football, very rarely talk about the players who play for City as it is such a rare part but how many go onto have a career.

The best scouts are probably the ones who don’t have quite as higher pick and finds the gems no-one else wants.

Even then it is going to be a % of success/ failures.

Our main scouts need to decide out of ones people want, which ones can really take the step up and do it.

Probably as tough job as you have to hit a higher % of success.

Looking at the players Bournemouth have flipped over the past couple of years, and how much they profited from it, they've got to be in with a shout too.
Brentford are another one who can find a player, maybe not as well as those two but they're certainly punching above their weight

I dont think we would go wrong with either Wharton or Anderson.

But dare I say it... get both? Perhaps impossible but there might be room.

I love Bernie, but if he is adamant to leave at the end of this season, that's room for 1.

Then next season we can't afford to keep this injury prone Kovacic anymore, so moving on from him also makes sense, so that's space for a 2nd.

I would like Reijnders to learn this deep RCM role Bernie does, but I have serious doubts, I suspect Reijnders could potentially do the slightly more attacking role Foden has, or as a false winger.
