PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

His predictions don't hold much water. Pretty sure he was predicting that we eouldbe expelled from the PL by last summer and making hairbrain claims about our transfer strategy being an indication that we were preparing for this.

Harris is mentally unstable and hates us with a passion. He'll say anything outrageous about us to keep himself relevant.

BTW that's an amazing username!! Used to love those books as a kid

As of Friday there was no decision - I doubt one came since. And if there was any concern about the auditors and going concern in the event of an adverse decision, the club could easily have released the accounts early just in case. The reality is you wouldn’t wait at all if you were jumpy about the consequences- you’d finalise and file with Co House as that deals with the matter until Spring 2027 publicly.

In any event the funding will obviously be provided by CFG/SM as the ultimate beneficial owner. It’d be a 2 minute conversation. As usual the Magic Hat stuff is a conspiracy theory and a case of trying too hard.

Magic Twat saying he’s 90% sure that we’ve been told we’re guilty and that’s why we haven’t released our annual accounts yet

Magic twat is a twat the reason our accounts haven't been released is because we were cooking them at the wrong temperature.
Thankfully City have now employed Greg Wallace and he is working on it

It’s very interesting. I cannot for the life of me work out why they are so invested however in seeing to it that the Muslim-owned Manchester City are well and truly punished. Whether or not we have actually done anything wrong.

It’s a head scratcher.
I’m sure it’s also got nothing to do with the fact that City have won the league title 5 times on the last day of the season over the past 13 years, all at the expense of red shirt cartel **** clubs, whereas the last time Chelsea won a league title on the last day of the season at the expense of a red shirt cartel **** club was 15 years ago. That’s ancient history to many. Fact is that these fuckers see us as a far bigger threat to their warped view that they have a divine right to win trophies than Chelsea are.

If it comes to the end of the season and Chelsea prevail over Liverpool for the last champions league spot. They will be turning up the heat with their mates in the media asking why Chelsea haven’t been punished yet.

TBF, the dismissals were Scruffy Jims idea I think, perhaps Berrada's job just doesn't entail talking to the press. I'd never heard of him until he left us.
True on both counts, I wasn't suggesting he was the hatchet but rather he went in while many were on the way out.

Isn’t it interesting that the red shirt fans don’t care about Chelsea and their charges related to off book payments that they have admitted to. Even the likes of Carragher are completely silent on this.
Yes, have said that a number of times.

Just like they don't talk about Saudi Arabia's human rights abuses anymore in relation to Newcastle.

Different for the club who have dominated the league the last decade

From September, legal documentation of the process.
Cant remember seeing it posted before, apologies if it has been discussed before.

Most/all seems to be old stated info, but this paragraph was interesting, especially the last sentence, regarding the potential knock-on affect from APT stuff:

Edit: note: I have no legal/accounting knowledge or the stomach to wade through legal speak :-)

Thank God I am not a conspiracy theorist because, if I were, I would be looking at connections between the APT case and the 115 case :)

Edit: Just read it and I wouldn't get my hopes up based on that. Even I can see they have made a couple of mistakes in their analysis ......
