PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

They are. Some while back in Off Topic I took a great deal of time to show why and when the P was dropped.
In short, during World War One every company was asked to make savings to help the war effort. To reduce printing costs, J.W. Nicholson shortened Vimpto to Vimto.

lol. Vim Tonic became Vimto in 1910. lol.

For the uninitiated amongst us, namely me, who is magic twat?
some silly pillock who has a monstrous Bee in his little brain, that keeps telling the public that City are a crime against humanity and should be chucked out of the league for good

Tomorrow marks the last day of the current break from the Premier League. Timing wise, this was the perfect window of opportunity to put this to bed, but to be fair to the league and the club it's a matter totally out of their control and I think rightly the independent panel are getting pelters for the delay.

I still have confidence in the club prevailing, but I'd be a liar if I didn't say there is a tiny bit of me that's still concerned. I don't know if it's negativity bourne out of the ticketing policy and the way the club have really ignored the core fan base. You can see why we don't look at all likely to clear the non-cooperation charge, lol

I dip in and out of this thread, so apologies if this has already been covered.

If I recall correctly from our other case against the Premier League we obtained a disclosure of Premier League emails. If there was something incriminating related to this case, how might it affect things? If say the Premier League were colluding with other clubs to bring about our charges, how might that impact the panel reviewing our case?

Is the panel's remit only confined to judging our case? If something unusual or untoward cropped up regarding the prosecuting party, what powers does the panel have to deal with it?
