I don't feel that it's been a successful smear campaign. Most fans in this country and around the world don't really care.

Around the world maybe, but in this country it's 100% been successful. I would wager that if asked, a vast majority of fans of any other club would say we are guilty.

Perhaps instructed to do what the 3 wise men from the cartel decided who at the time were so full of hubris that they discounted the financial consequences.

The turning point was when the PL were forced to appoint qualified legal people for their Appeal process. Up to now the Appeal process seems to have resisted being instructed to defy UK law.

The 3 Judges must be raking it in unless they are all on a fixed fee? They can drag it out as long as they want. The other circuit judges must be gutted they’ve missed out on such a lucrative pay day.

On a deadly serious note. The loser is going to have to pay an absolute fortune in legal costs running into £10’s of millions. Let’s hope it’s Masters, the PL, and the other 19 PL clubs.

Why the other clubs were happy to go along with the pl charging City. I do think its unfair on newly promoted clubs to pay towards it.

i work on a trade counter in Cardiff these days and everyday the main topic is football and honestly, every single person who i speak to and then city get mentioned its we've cheated, we're obviously guilty, we should get relegated and peps a cheque book manager. its everyday. So yes its worke and i highly doubt their opinions will change if we're cleared......im hoping to find out soon!!

Incredible to think its been almost 3 years since this started,so much time,to permanently smear the club in many people's eyes.Also giving the media more fuel to keep mentioning it in every article in a drip feed to brainwash the masses.Our fantastic 2023 treble was arguably fired by the clubs sense of injustice as mentioned by Pep.I have been watching football for almost 60 years and loved the ride but to feel a sense of normality around this scenario is weird.The red cartels power has been challenged and we havent gone away.Cannot wait for the verdict - either way I remain a blue for life.

DONT think the panel has anything to do with the punishment though, does it?? Surely their remit is guilty or not guilty on the 115/125/13/150???

You could be right mate but couldn't they be in consultation about grey areas and mitigation?
If you're right I just can't imagine why it's taking so long to find one way or the other.
Could it be similar to a hung jury ?
