It’ll be like dealing with the DWP.. They took three months to confirm the dues from my Father’s estate when he died last August but wanted settlement within seven days of receipt of their letter..
 
Was asked if there was a reason for no interactions here for a few days on the back of a couple of posts. The reality is not very interesting and I wasn't planning to interact further but I realise I should make one thing clear so people don't jump to conclusions from my absence.

I haven't had any update since last week so I don't know if the parties have the decision as of Friday on - certainly nobody has suggested even a rumour that is out to me. My absence is simply that after the latest round of "comments", I realised that this place is a waste of time for me right now - no disrespect as not everyone is here for the same reasons.

There was a time when there was some good testing of the case - both what it was and what the likely outcome could be. However, for some time, the vacuum has been filled either with wild speculation, outright nonsense/false information or the sort of stuff/anonymous people I would block on Twitter - stuff I don't need to hear and don't want to respond to but that I do because it is too difficult to ignore here. Plus muting is crap on this platform. And on top of that we know who some of the lurkers are.

Anyway, bottom line is I get nothing out of this forum, so it just becomes distraction and an irritation. People know where I am on Twitter and I will take a look at what is discussed once we get the decision - crowd analysis on that will be useful as it will be long and detailed.

And yes, I still believe it is imminent because it must be.

Ridiculous that this became necessary, but big big thanks for helping many of us Blues to form a better understanding of this complicated case.

Until you block people on X for even asking a question of your validity.....
No disrespect at all but you are clearly a very knowledgable guy however not everyone has to take what you say as gospel.

Last I checked, he's not asked anyone to take what he says as gospel, just dedicated an enormous amount of his time deep diving into the regulations, and using his knowledge of the law and things he's picked up from speaking to people involved to try and educate those of us who don't have 20+ years of law experience so we're not completely in the dark.

No one's forcing you to read his posts. If you think you know better or don't want to hear it, all you have to do is...not read it.

I think it’s more than reasonable to take everything that Stefan says in utmost good faith. He has earned a reputation for well considered and valuable opinions and sometimes he’ll state things as fact. What’s more he’s clearly well intentioned. I’m not sure we can ask for much more of anyone here.

So let’s not chase him away.

Well look at the current Chelsea owners AMERICAN/WHITE….now to be fair to them,they weren’t the perpetrators,they self declared,but that doesn’t clear them….just like City’s current owners were lumbered with the monster Bennell stuff,they had to pay comp…..it was under the ownership of Abramovich the backhanders took place………RUSSIAN………but more importantly WHITE.
I know one thing for sure,Hazzard definitely gave them a SPORTING ADVANTAGE and he was there for SEVEN FUCKING SEASONS…we were in for him alongside the rags…..the way there’s been radio silence to it compared to City’s 115 stinks.
Notice NH and the rest of the usual subjects aren’t getting their knickers in a twist about this particular ADMITTED transgression,no constantly banging on about it to keep in in the public eye.
