PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

One word, Pegasus.
Cryptic! I understand Pegasus is the name of secret software developed by the Israelis for surveillance?

TH occasionally feeds BM City fans with deliberately obscure words/video's etc. Perhaps to improve fan engagement and morale on the forum, particularly when not much is happening? It seems quiet on this thread with Stefan @slbsn , sadly stepping back from input here recently.

(On a lighter note, when I hear the word 'Pegasus', I smile and think of the Johnny English films. Pegasus was the name given, to the fictious head of MI7. Although MI7 doesn't exist atm, in the world wars, it was a department that dealt with the press and propaganda.)

If, City have won hands down then whose reputation suffers most? Obviously Masters looks like the fall guy, but who else in the Premier League set up authorised that these charges went ahead? And, who else may be be in a position to try watering down the report by nitpicking on every word? ……….

It's utterly absurd, and unacceptable, that three years on we're still none the wiser as to when we will get a verdict. If there is actually a legitimate reason for the hold-up (say, ill-health of a panel member or something) then they should let people know.

I genuinely think the parties know and its what the punishment is either way? Its arguably one of the biggest decisions in english football history now so say City have proved they were targeted and there all say emails or whatsapp messages that show Scudamore and Masters have colluded with Arsenal, Rags, Dippers and Spuds to target us and basically corrupted the league then the league need to have minimal damage to the brand even though the credibility has bee blown to pieces anyway? Then the others side is if we have been naughty and caught then the roles are reversed and we are desperately trying to minimize the damage?

I always wondered why the SIA hadn't hacked the PL and the usual suspect clubs. Just maybe ... goose and gander and all that.

I would say that that is nothing to do with the judges - they just make their judgement and release it - it's City & the PL that have to manage the fallout.

Hence why i think the finding is done and the parties both know and are now coming to a mutual PR release for the winner and loser.

It’s kept you in a job you cheeky ****!

But it is official that utd and Liverpool failed ffp. Not City. They're the only cheats right now.
And chelsea would have done had they not been allowed to sell hotels TO THEMSELVES or their women’s team TO THEMSELVES. Not sure why arsenals illegal interest free shareholder loans have not been investigated, nor can I understand how liverpool were allowed £50m for phantom planning costs for a phantom new stadium, or the rags given a £31m psr Covid allowance when no other club was given more than £1m, or why the rags were allowed £35m share dealing costs to pass psr the following year for selling shares from one owner to another.

So considering all this we are guilty and football in this country isn’t bent!

Does anyone know if the panel has the authority to fully disclose the evidence submitted? I ask, because I wonder if the delay is regarding the sensitivity of them referencing certain evidence within their judgment and if City and/or the PL could be requesting that specific evidence is redacted within the judgment. That is one possible explanation as to why it's taken so long. There's no logic as to why it would take so long otherwise.

So in today’s bollocks soup, our owners have got Israeli hackers to find dirt on the red cartel to help our defence. Please, please can we get this over with
