Sorry PinkFinal it's been a while since I've been on this thread. Did you go to the Albert Hall to see The Damned the other week? I didn't bother getting tickets (don't particularly like the venue) but after hearing the Covers LP I wish I had!

Went to absolutely loads in that era so I can’t say for sure but the Damned with the Ruts supporting at the old Russell Club was one with Rat Scabies paralytic pretty much at the Bar before they went onGood topic. What was your first punk gig? Mine was The Stranglers at Manchester Apollo 1977.
