Genuine question, my email says my time was 34.47 and I was 119th, the app show's time of 35.04 and 120th - why are they different

Possibly someone finished before you without a scanned barcode. The results sometimes has unknown against a finisher which adjusts the finishing time list.

Trying to get some consistency back. Done more parkruns this year than last 6 months of last year. Have my eye on couple 10ks later in year which might give the motivation I need. Lots of stuff been happening in my personal life which stopped me me getting out

Bought a 2nd hand road bike today. Prompted by a charity bike ride through work planned for May. It will hopefully assist in my running training.

Tried the treadmill for a change and a 20min programme that allows you to sprint for 30 seconds and then slow down and then repeat. Going to try that a few times a week and see how it goes.

My main target is the Manchester half in May.

not ran for a few months, horrendous left leg pain/foot. had another hammer toe surgery end of november which caused a really bad infection, which is nearly gone.

managed 3 runs and another on a epilictal machine when in amsterdam last weekend.

managed 5 to 6km every run but now after todays run I have shooting pain all over my left leg (hence why I am up at this time)

Said I would take my uncles place for the manchester marathon in April, sadly think that's a pipe dream!

How are we all getting on? I'm pleased to have run my first 50-mile week since August so hopefully can press forward towards some half decent running in the warmer months.

50 miles is a great effort!!

I did 22k on Saturday, felt really good.

Might be sticking around that distance this weekend to do the Stockport Trail HM on Middlewood Way and the canal, and then need to get 26k and 30k done in the two weeks after that.

Signed up for 2 10ks at Hampton court palace. One in May and one in April. Half price through work and run through. I work at the palace which is why half price. I did it few years ago and one of the first times I'd ever ran with other people

Morden parkrun for me this morning, trying to get some consistency going so that's 4 in last 5 weeks and 3 runs in last 7 days. Official time of 34.55. Still a mud bath but that's 10 secs faster than last week and 2 min improvement on 5 weeks ago. Could have been faster as very congested at start, at a muddy bit and think I'd little left in legs at end

Tried Heaton Park run this morning. Thought I would get there early. Just as well I did the car park was already full.

There was the parkrun and a running event abba-thon starting slightly later.

One of the bigger park runs I think I have been involved in - came 694th.
