One battle after another
Erm.... not so sure about it really.
Peaky Blinders - The Movie - Never got into the series so saved myself a few weeks binging on TV as the GF filled the gaps in. Film was okay (felt like I didn't really need to watch the series) 6/10
The Life List - Chick flick stuff but okay 6/10
Compare this shite to man of steel which was a proper dark but brilliant take on the superman franchise capped off with Zimmermans brilliant soundtrack.
Last couple of nights Ive watched movies about the Iraq War.
Firstly Green Zone with Matt Damon searching for the non-existent WMDs. Decent watch 7/10
Then the Hurt Locker last night. Can't think why I'd never seen it before. Superbly tense and powerful. 8.5/10
Nuremberg [2025] - I prepared myself to be disappointed, but I failed that task.
Jarhead is a great film.I feel they aren't as good as Jarhead, but are none the less watchable.
I agree, but even he couldn't save it.Crowe carries the film.

Great Russian accent from Connery. I will schink your battleshcipThe Hunt For Red October - now that’s a film!
Must’ve seen it 10 times at least but it’s still cracking. Plus the fact the wife hadn’t seen it was a bonus.
They really don’t make them like that anymore.
Never seen it, presumed it would be overly long. The King’s Speech. Seen a few good or at least entertaining ones since then, but that was the last one that was truly great.
Brilliant film, better than the new one which is slightly ponderous.Rewatched Harrison Ford’s Blade Runner last night. So much better than I remembered it. Absolutely brilliant and has aged very well considering it was made in 1982. Got to be 8.5/10 - up there with the very best sci-fi.
