Who knows? We're all guessing aren't we.There is that. But this would be a whole other level, if you think through the implications of it.

I'm not sure how it could get much worse than splitting up the broad allegations over multiple years into a contrived "115 charges" narrative and briefing it to media behind City's back. The role of the PL, which has 20 stakeholders, is to represent all member clubs fairly and impartially. The press releases it puts out should be factual and fair. There is that. But this would be a whole other level, if you think through the implications of it.
Who decides on what gets redacted? Do we know? There's one thing in there that I hadn't thought about. I've said previously that I believe the reason related parties is part of the charges is to force us to reveal details of our commercial agreements with Etihad and other partners. Obviously the PL knows this via the APT rules but the other clubs don't.
So while it's pure speculation, I wonder if there's a stand-off over redaction of these details in the final report, maybe even involving going to court.
From the article:Who decides on what gets redacted? Do we know?
I'd have thought in the case say of sensitive commercial information, the club would say they wanted something redacted and the IC would say yes or no? The PL wouldn't/shouldn't have any say in that?
(I've clearly no idea :-))

Feck me, christian smith@ the lawyer, can't help himself, like the rest of them. Just to remind you Smithy, there is a possibility that City will be cleared and the Premier league could once again be found to have acted unfairly and unlawfully. So Smithy, what is probably going on is that the PL are shxxting their pants after letting Levy and Lewis run this whole show and now that their clubs have sacked them because they know the ruling will be disastrous for them, and have moved Levy and Lewis on to create some distance between them. Scruffy jim backtracking started that particular ball rolling. The actor in question was Albert Popwell…..he stared in all the Dirty Harry movies except the final episode of the series The Dead Pool…as he was contracted to another film unfortunately so couldn’t commit to filming…..I'm 73 and am worried incase I don't get to hear the verdict.I feel just like the guy in the Dirty Harry film when Clint couldn't remember how many shots he fired, "I just got to know"
