Red Cafe in meltdown

Pointless talking to rags on any subject
The amount of copium needed to disbelieve
That any club can be more successful than themselves will have them believe absolutely anything, the 115 or 130 as they now call it is the only thing they can cling to
This can be confirmed by their 115/130 thread barely visible early in the season when we were a bit shite but as we started. To get our act together this thread started to rise showing how hated we are and how bitter they are, after their stuffy win last night it’s back near the bottom.
This happens every game now and I think some of the foc on there don’t give a fuck anymore, besides we will always be cheats even when cleared.
I have family members who are highly intelligent (yep I know) who are rags and they are the same, all reason goes out the window once we start talking nited/city
Like I said pointless.

Its a cult.

All these stories about brown envelopes make perfect sense, when you consider we haven’t received any prize money at all for anything we’ve won since the takeover.

Just as Spit the Scouse claimed he couldn’t understand how we could carry on spending the season after we did the Treble, despite the fact that we earned approximately €130 million during 22/23.

It's not real money though, nowhere near as valuable as the Glazer dollar.

If I could paraphrase:
A premier league without outside investment would currently be the same as the 1st 20 years contested by 2-3 clubs all owned by US leeches. Rendering the entire thing little more than a US money extraction contest where no other clubs could hope to ever compete or entertain, is that something you really want to see (rhetorical question unless you are a red cartel fan).

It’s like shooting fish in a barrel

Frothing at mouth, that owner investment is allowed…implying that City are still being ‘invested’ in… (billions and billions apparently)… and that’s unfair…

… but is then owned by facts

Fancy that, United having £150+m more owner investment than City in the last 5 years.
It’s so unfair. /rolls eyes

You see where you're going wrong there, don't you V?

Reasonably confident that it’s more like £300 million that we earned in prize money that season

Not sure what’s triggered them to be posting so much imbecilic stuff rapidly… oh that’s right, we are in the FA cup final and have a chance of the PL…

Crapyman continues to prove they know nowt

That’ll be City who won quite a lot prior to Liverpool* season, and then continued, and aren’t reliant to such a degree on the prawn sandwiches sold column in their accounts…

… no mention/thought about the long past covid, £45m (iirc) covid allowance of losses allowed for a single club, that was over 1000% (not using Trumpian percentages) more than the rest of the PL put together.

There’s blinkered, then there’s United supporters.
These imbeciles are the first to say their spending in the 90s came because they “won things and earned it” (they actually didn’t they spent huge prior to winning the league in ‘92) but then question when City who had just come off the back of 5 trophies in 2 seasons prior to Covid, a champions league QF and SF consecutively, didn’t feel a pinch as much as others.

Fucking lol.

They received a significant investment from floating on the stock market in 1991.
It was against league rules at the time so they created a holding club and floated that instead.
The only thing organic about that rancid club is the shit spewing from the mouths of the thick deluded fuckwits who follow them.

Thick as pig shit mate. It’s one of the biggest myths in football that United’s success under Ferguson came about because they “lived within their means”. They finished mid-table in 1988/89 then in the summer of 1989 spent almost as much as their entire turnover the previous season on new players in what was, at the time, the most unprecedented spending spree in British football history. They managed to do this despite winning fuck-all the previous season, having an average attendance that was way down on the season before (back in the days when gate money accounted for a far bigger percentage of a club’s revenue), and at the time were millions in debt and losing money every week. Yet some fuckwits who support them say they’ve only ever achieved success by spending self-generated cash. If United was such a cash cow back then, it begs the question as to why Edwards was so desperate to offload the club onto Michael Knighton for a modest fee.

That unprecedented spending spree was the springboard for United’s subsequent success but even with that they needed boyhood City fan Mark Robins to save Ferguson’s bacon (pardon the pun) before he’d even won a single trophy for them. Without his intervention, the next 25 years for United may well have looked a lot different.

Let’s also not forget that without the investment of John Henry Davies and James Gibson, along with City coming to their rescue in getting Manchester Central booted out of the league and ultimately out of business, United may well have gone bust long before Busby rocked up there as manager, let alone Ferguson. The cunts who bang on about City’s spending while at the same time airbrushing these significant moments from United’s history deserve to have “We’ll buy your club and we’ll burn it down” sang to them every day for the rest of their sad, pathetic lives.

They can't handle that they're no longer the bullies with more money to spend than anyone else, when they could go & sign the best players from their rivals. It's just that the likes of Brentford are their rivals now

They only come up with crap like this because it wouldn't involve them & they got all giddy when they thought that Qatar was going to buy the club
