Thanet District Council are fucking useless.
They have changed the rubbish collection and its been chaos.

Our bins have been collected friday around midday for all the time i have lived here (8yrs)

Today for some reason 6:45am lucky it woke me and I just had time to put them out. I recon 90% of my neighbours hadn't.
