PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

How come no leak then that is what I dont understand. There is always a leak

If I got a date with Dua Lipa I'd tell everyone
If I nutted in my pants before she got her bra off and she kicked me out I wouldn't tell anyone.

The point of this bizarre analogy is if the leaks have been coming from the PL side they won't be quick to leak if they have had their arse handed to them.

You could have picked a better analogy :-)

Like Kate Beckinsale for example.

I'm solid in my belief, based on information from respected sources, that the outcome was decided (and informally known by the parties) within 3 months of the end of the hearing. I also believe the outcome wasn't great for one of those parties, which has been a major contributory factor in the inordinate delay. (Hint: it wasn't City).

Is it those cheating cunts Arsenal ?

Very interesting. Thanks for sharing.

Stefan's been on a hiding to nothing because he said the verdict was imminent. I accept that by saying that he raised expectations and perhaps saying it is due or something similar would have helped. That said, he has been continually a reasonable and sane voice on a subject that has been presented very differently by the media. As we know, the media see facts as less important and instead use wild speculation to get the baying mob's attention. Personally, without Stefan's input on 115 I would know a lot less and certainly would be less confident about our chances based on mostly biased reports from the media.

This is another very clear piece from Stefan that provides very helpful legal background. I doubt the mainstream media would have produced anything quite so insightful.

Come on City!

Tbf Stefans first contribution explained what a fucking marathon it will be to get a decision & he was proved right. In true pgmol style imminent is subjective.

Yeah this seems to have been overlooked lately,Pep did say if we were found guilty he’d be there/here to answer questions plus he believed the owners and what they were telling him”wait for the verdict, innocent until proven guilty”
He’d look a bit of a **** if he just fucked of now,he was ONLY ever going to leave once the verdict was known either publicly or not, think he’s been told it’s ‘good news’ rather than bad….hence his decision to do something he’s NEVER done before, not see out his contract at a club….that speaks volumes that it’s positive news….

Remember the captain(the north)near the end of the good the bad and the ugly, and how he hated that bridge that caused so many casualties on both sides,he wants the bridge gone….so Blondie and Tuco blow it up….remember the Captain, dying with a smile on his face when he hears the explosion….that bridge is the 115….and all the City fans are the Captain and that smile, obviously hopefully we’re not dead after it though ;)

Maybe his global ambassador role is to front up about this all around the globe.

More likely in his new role as Technical Ambassador taking on specific projects across CFG, his first job will be to sort out our shit corners,
He's had 10 years to do that, another 12 months won't even put a dent in the shitness.

i remember you saying back then that the news had quietly dropped
(and a few others like f-bloke)
but along came stefan and shouted you down saying he had multiple sources who had told him nothing so you were wrong.
he was top dog on here at the time, untouchable,
so people believed him and not you.

we will see.
as my nan used to say, everything comes out in the wash.

Stefan said that the club hadn't formally received the verdict. That didn't necessarily mean they didn't know what it was though. Maybe only a handful of people knew, or maybe they were sworn to absolute secrecy on pain of losing their jobs. We don't know.

But everything I've heard, from my sources and my retired judge friend, suggests the outcome was decided within a few weeks of the end of the hearing. That could well be incorrect but hopefully we'll find out in time.
