The club (or at least Khaldoon) know the broad outcome. They've known for over a year.
They hope, they think, they know.

Just journalists being journalists innit. Nothing surprising.Just been told one of the journalists asked pep if he’ll come back and do a news conference when the verdict drops… it’ll be in the embargoed stuff and drop at some point. But wow. The cheek.
It's a stonewall guarantee that if the verdict is announced this summer, as seems likely (both from the rumours and from the point of view that surely they can't drag it out for much longer?), every other club's supporters are going to say "Pep left because of the 115", even if we're only found guilty of the grass being the wrong shade of green or something equally as trivial.Just wondering how many of us heard ‘ pep is leaving cause the 115 charges are coming out ‘ heard it from 3 different fellas today on site 2 rags and a fucking spud had to bit bite my tongue every time it’s going to be like winning the treble all over again if we are successful.
Yeah this seems to have been overlooked lately,Pep did say if we were found guilty he’d be there/here to answer questions plus he believed the owners and what they were telling him”wait for the verdict, innocent until proven guilty”
He’d look a bit of a **** if he just fucked of now,he was ONLY ever going to leave once the verdict was known either publicly or not, think he’s been told it’s ‘good news’ rather than bad….hence his decision to do something he’s NEVER done before, not see out his contract at a club….that speaks volumes that it’s positive news….
Remember the captain(the north)near the end of the good the bad and the ugly, and how he hated that bridge that caused so many casualties on both sides,he wants the bridge gone….so Blondie and Tuco blow it up….remember the Captain, dying with a smile on his face when he hears the explosion….that bridge is the 115….and all the City fans are the Captain and that smile, obviously hopefully we’re not dead after it though ;)
Both depending on the finer details.well,
time will tell which of the two of you is correct.
no embargoed bit yet 10.30 tomorrow night.Just been told one of the journalists asked pep if he’ll come back and do a news conference when the verdict drops… it’ll be in the embargoed stuff and drop at some point. But wow. The cheek.

Iv always believed PB that Khaldoon knows the outcome and has done for some time.
We will find out when it’s been watered down to an acceptable level of consumption.
Building co op, pep stand, hotel, women team, multiple world class teams. You simply don’t do that with a serious threat to your very existence. Khaldoon knows we have done nothing wrong financially. The truth is not wanted in the premier league.
Our approach is based on the knowledge that we have not disguised owner investment. No more no less.
The club are clearly confident in their stance and there are plenty of soft (and not so soft) signals to suggest that. That is different to knowing the outcome of the case though. Both depending on the finer details.

I would actually love this. The very notion that we have paid them off would actually be fun to see. The idea that City are so in powerful that we are above the law and can throw money around to do whatever we want. It's a stonewall guarantee that if the verdict is announced this summer, as seems likely (both from the rumours and from the point of view that surely they can't drag it out for much longer?), every other club's supporters are going to say "Pep left because of the 115", even if we're only found guilty of the grass being the wrong shade of green or something equally as trivial.
They've already decided we're guilty and will have paid them off if the verdict says otherwise anyway. Look at the videos on YouTube, virtually everybody who posts says we're guilty despite the fact that most (all) of them don't even know what the charges are, that it's a hearing not a criminal trial, and that it's been brought by the PL not the FA, FIFA, UEFA or as one clown put it, HMRC. So for that reason I don't give a toss what they think. WE all know it's just bitter jealously at the end of the day.
A United mate forwarded me this. I told him that the insider word is 115 is stone cold dead (I am relying on you Prestwich Blue!)Just wondering how many of us heard ‘ pep is leaving cause the 115 charges are coming out ‘ heard it from 3 different fellas today on site 2 rags and a fucking spud had to bit bite my tongue every time it’s going to be like winning the treble all over again if we are successful.
Anyone who thinks Pep is leaving because of the charges is, frankly, a fucking moron. The general consensus appears to be Pep is bailing because of the charges , with no consideration for his personal health and welfare , i think after ten years and twenty trophies and a broken marriage he just needs a break , and a well deserved one. If the charges are in the balance what manager would accept the job under those circumstances ?, our owners are supremely confident of the outcome , and the Premier league and the red 'istree clubs are going to look a right bunch of c*nts in the coming weeks

Indeed! The BBC HYS is full of them
It could be any number of dickheads. Not a lot between then!Money on it being that dickhead Jamie Jackson.
I doubt that’s going to happen I’m afraid. The club won’t take any retrospective action if we’re cleared of the main charges. They will, presumably, come down hard on anyone who continues to imply guilt subsequently though.Once it's done and we've been cleared of all wrongdoing, I want us as a club not just to accept the findings but to strike back..
Stand up for your fans City and for Pep too who have both copped for untold shit and make sure you get our fkin pound of flesh..
Understandably there are far too many twats to sue so target a few named cnuts and fkin ruin them, I mean properly ruin them..
It might sound petty but it will go some way to shut the gobby cnuts up and make them think twice before slagging our great club off again..
