PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

We've been told by an authority on here it had nothing to do with the 115 though...so something seems to be known
Yet the story of both these two former key figures leaving their positions has essentially been ignored by the press. I don’t think it is directly linked to our case but is still a story surely. I don’t think Levy is squeaky clean for starters.

You seem to have an extremely high trust that highly educated and experienced people are infallible when making legal judgements of evidence. I do not have that same unlimited trust that we are undoubtedly getting a fair unbiased and correct judgement from this panel (but I hope we do).

I trust Khaldoon and the club, I do not necessarily have the same high trust that a PL "independent" panel will deliver an unbiased verdict while laughing of all the immense widespread public pressure to deliver a guilty verdict (but hopefully they will!).

Meaning I will believe the club is innocent almost regardless of what the verdict will be in this matter. Simply a guilty verdict would not be enough of our guilt, it would have to be something completely shocking and undeniable evidence to convince me of us being guilty.
But if they’re biased and unfair, that could equally go in our favour if they think the PL are cunts.

Your viewpoint is only coming from the angle they could be biased against us. Something there is no (current) evidence of.

I received this message from a mate this morning who has had bits and pieces of pieces over the years, mainly when Sergio was here.

I don’t know who AL is, to be clear this was forwarded to me from a mate who has a friend who moves in City circles.

I had dinner with AL last night who was with with the big dogs at City last week! City 100% believe they’ll be cleared of all charges - their lawyers have torn apart the rules, found holes and the reason it’s taking so long is that the premier league are having to rewrite them due to what city’s lawyers found.

He also said Pep fancies Inter Miami (for a bit of fun) and he’ll 100% be the England manager at some point.

Just passing this on with no expectation or judgement…..fire at will!
Are you sure it wasn`t AI he had dinner with ? ;)

It is interesting that not a single media group has found out why Tim Lewis and Levy quit their clubs. Or have just chosen not to publish it. Perhaps it is just a coincidence. It seems odd though.
I read in Sportsview today that Levy also sold 24.99% of his 29.88% of his shares thus severing meaningful connection with Spurs. I believe Tim Lewis was an employee only, without any or at least significant shareholding in Arsenal, so another clean break.

If so, it is hard not to conclude the clubs have put clear water between them and their previous representatives.

Khaldoon comments at the end of the interview on the outcome of the 115 hearing...

Question: I think you know what's coming here. For the fourth time, I've got to ask you, is there any update you can give us on the Premier League ruling?

'Let me be as consistent as I've always been. Until we have a ruling, can't say much. Once we have a ruling, believe me, Chris, we're going to have a wonderful sit down together and I'll say everything I wanted to say for the last three years.'

Khaldoon will have been very careful with his wording. Some will say it is just bravado, and it should be ignored, but I choose to believe it.
