He's blocked me, do me a favour and ask him who at City rang him to 'distance the club' from Khaldoon's comments about being free from FFP sanctions. He never answered first time around.

That's what gets me about UEFA, they have a habit of claiming credit for ADUG's Business Plan by inferring that their 'strict monitoring' is the only way City will continue their efforts to maximise profitability. Mr K.'s job is to ensure this happens as Sheikh M.'s right hand man.
Since when has any decent BP in any other sector deviated from this objective, they would be better checking elsewhere if they are looking for trends.
