De Bruyne?

If by chance we can close the deal to sign Pogba, and we could only get one of DeBruyne or Sterling, which one would would make a greater impact on the team as a winger immediately? Yes, I know that DeBruyne can also play in Silva's position in the center, but as a winger, who would it be. I have seen very little of DeBruyne in games to make a fair judgment. I have watched Sterling quite a bit, and have been amazed at how quickly he moves around on the field, but as for DeBruyne, I really don't know much about his game.

Thanks Blue Maverick. Now someone help me out with their thoughts about which player would be a better fit for our team as a winger, either DeBruyne or Sterling. It's just past midnight here in Los Angeles, my wife and kids are all asleep, and I'm sitting here on my iPad looking up both players on YouTube and searching through the Internet to try and figure out if we could only get one or the other, which one would potentially be of greater service to the team. I'm about to turn 50 in 4 days, and this is what I'm doing on a Saturday evening. How times have changed.

Sterling is the most important out of the two just because of his ability to beat a man in tight spaces. De Bruyne is more similar to Silva and Nasri in the respect he needs movement in front of him to be effective.

Thanks FB. Yes, that was my thinking also, but as I did not know enough about DeBruyne game and if he had the ability to run out of tight spaces like Sterling, I could not figure out who would fit our deficiencies better. It's one of those questions that sits at the back of your brain for a couple of days and drives you crazy until you get it figured out.
