you know they will be absolutely gutted losing sterling there most prized player and the reality of initially only getting £35 million for him and having to pay QPR there 25%.
This lad is going to rip up the league with us for the next 8-10 years i have no doubt and all the ex scouse players/fans and brenda know it.

We never sing to the Dippers "In your Liverpool slums" song anymore.
Everytime we played either the red or blue dippers in the 70's we used to sing it? Or am I mistaken.

I wish I could share your confidence bud... Im not doubting Raheem is talented but the way in which the Gutterpress have conducted themselves around this transfer has been disgraceful and will only add weight onto his shoulders.
Hey he may thrive off this pressure and love the spotlight - performing even better. let's hope so.
But he may be a big flop :(
Would City implement any kind of payment protection plan for transfers of this size?
Like if say (unrealistically) Sterling played his first match for us and scored 10 own goals, sent off and was really just going undercover for the red dippers, what would we do?

As is known, my mothers side are all dippers & they're gutted. They think they've lost a huge talent & the realisation they're not as huge as they once were is slowly sinking in! Happy days lol.

Forgot about this... Yea, he won't even exist - wouldn't surprise me if he never get's a call up for England again, and if he does he'll be ignored in any positive coverage of the national team.
I'm sure the great Ashley Young can fill in for Sterling and make England proud again...
