We've done all this, but once again, Zuculini & Iheanacho are both eligible as U21 in the Premier league (Zuculini was 22 in Feb). Iheanacho has only been at the club since October as he wasn't allowed to sign before he reached 18. Neither will be eligible as U21s in the Champions League this season.

Yep, you're right. In order to be "under 21" and therefore not registered for the Premier League squad you must be less than 21 as at 1st January in the year the season begins. So Zuculini would have needed to be 20 on 1st January 2015 not 21. He needs registering. Sterling was 20 on 1st January so doesn't need registering in the 25 man squad, he will need to be registered next season however as he turns 21 in December.
