They really shouldn't have driven him to this, it's fucking needless. They could have told City no bid will be accepted & cut off all negotiation,or alternatively accepted a good bid for him, without all the fucking about. I recon they are holding him now, whilst they sign a player.

Not that I want to generalise but you get the feeling German clubs really hate the fact the PL is richest league in the world. As evidenced by the stories they'd rather sell to Bayern it's clear how much disdain they have for us.
It'll mean nothing In a month's time when he's ours and grabbing assists for fun.

Could see in his play he really didn't want to have any part in the game. He would get the ball and pass quick, got so noticeable at times that the commentator on Fox Sports said that the team stopped looking for him. He really should've been ours after the 1st game, but now they are back home against a tough opponent. Let's see if he gets a proper send off.
