6 o'clock on Tuesday in England. Rest of Europe is 11 on Monday night. Scotland is 11 on Tuesday night.
Europe can still sell to England and Scotland on Tuesday but they cannot buy after their Monday deadline.

Shakes head in disbelief! Txiki has had a very good window & if KDB arrives he will have had a brilliant window. Not easy trying to get players from clubs who don't want to sell & we could be successful a second time after Sterling. Cooke could'nt land Kaka & Milan were selling ........but not to us!
