it is painfully obvious that the deal has been agreed, and signed. part of the deal will be delaying an announcement until monday probably so that golfsburg can get some serious recruitment done in the meantime.

my worry level on this deal is down to 3.4%

Wolfsburg are going to take it to the absolute maximum they can delay the deal but allow it to be done. This is a tuesday job by the looks of it. If Wolfsburg are being disrespectful to De Bruyne it would be nice if he went public about it.
