City to be charged for booing Champions League jingle (anthem)

For me this is really serious. Trying to restrict human rights is frankly appalling. I think every football fan should be furious about this.

It seems we are gettting a bee in our bonnet by racism but happy to stereotype russian/ Cska fans and in the next breath he is being threatened with a ban, from the thread, while complaining at UEFA trying to stop freedom of speech. The double standards of the moderators and this board is staggering.

Maybe the mods deem his comments to be somewhat provocative and as such lead to unseemly responses from the blues which are not desirable!!
 
I have always been against the booing because I thought the best way to get back at booefa would be to actually win their competition, and booing is not the best way to positively support our team. But now booefa have changed my mind !

Going by the usual nature of football fans it's quite possible the only place you'll be able to hear the 'anthem' next matchday will be the swamp.
 
This is going to become very funny, our next home game will be very noisey indeed, tell fans they cant do something and they will do the opposit. i also think the british media will support us on this, well they cant support eufa after the shit they have given them for the last couple of months,i think this will run and run, booooo

But I would hope you wouldn't go on a rival forum and tell them they were being stupid for reacting to the actions of your fellow fans because that would be seen as trolling. And that's what he was doing in my view. But you'd know all about trolling wouldn't you so no suprise to see you stick up for him and abuse the integrity of the moderators of this forum.
 
It just goes to show that what alot of people said was a waste of time and had no impact, really has got under the noses of the pigs in the UEFA trough. Well done to everyone who has booed and jeered over the last few years at the CL anthem- what you have done is shown your total support for the club in the face of bullying by a corrupt european governing body who always look after their own.
They must be crapping themselves thinking 'hey, if city get to the final the world will hear this lot!' Brilliant, absolutely brilliant! Carnt wait for the next one against Borussia, got a feeling the volume will be turned up to max unless the club ask us not to boo it, then a tough choice has to be made. Would Khaldoon ask the fans to respect it or not?

I have no loyalty to you or the CSKA fan. The CSKA fan thought the fine was ridiculous but thought us booing was classless. That is his opinion and as a forum and a fanbase we should be able to respond to that without throwing the fact his club has some racist fans as if he is responsible.

Yes pull out the trolling card. It seems a difference in opinion to you is trolling. Good job we have goit rid of him. People can judge for themselves how offensive his comments are and whether it was worthy of a possible ban
